Once funding is approved, and we have obtained necessary approvals from council etc, our licensed builders step in and commence building. Our stringent quality control means we will deliver a quality job on time everytime.

Are Simple, Non-structural Changes And Additions That Make The Home More Accessible. These are low-cost modifications such as Installing Hand Rails, Widening of Doorways, Relocating Switches, Installing Ramps for Wheelchair Access, and Acoustic Blinds and Soundproofing.

Complex Home Modification​

Involve Structural Changes, They Can Be More Expensive And Usually Require A Higher Level Of Certification To Carry Out. This can include Hoists and Lifts, Raising or Lowering of Benchtops and Sinks, Cupboard and Wardrobe Reconfiguration, and Reinforcing High Usage Support Areas and Items
