Planning an NDIS Home Modification?

We find out what your needs are and available funding options to meet these. We then assess your property and liaise with your OT to obtain NDIS funding. Once funding is approved, and we have obtained necessary approvals from council etc, our licensed builders step in and commence building. Our stringent quality control means we will deliver a quality job on time everytime.

We offer both Minor and Complex home modifications for accessibility and safety. From hand rails and shower seats and hoist installations to complete disability bathroom renovations, access ramps, lifts and remedial works.
Minor Home Modification​
Are Simple, Non-structural Changes And Additions That Make The Home More Accessible. These are low-cost modifications such as Installing Hand Rails, Widening of Doorways, Relocating Switches, Installing Ramps for Wheelchair Access, and Acoustic Blinds and Soundproofing.
Complex Home Modification​
Involve Structural Changes, They Can Be More Expensive And Usually Require A Higher Level Of Certification To Carry Out. This can include Hoists and Lifts, Raising or Lowering of Benchtops and Sinks, Cupboard and Wardrobe Reconfiguration, and Reinforcing High Usage Support Areas and Items
Disability Bathroom Renovation​
We have mastered Disabled Bathroom Renovations and can assist you to ensure your bathroom is both accessible and looks great. This can include All Pluming Works, Relocating Bath, Shower, Vanity and Toilet, Installing Grab Rails, Drop Down Rails, Hand Rails, Toilet Rail, Certified Bathroom Waterproofing and Tiling, and Expanded Shower with Integrated Shower Seat.
