Deep Cleaning
Our deep clean is recommended at least quarterly. We focus on removing stains from carpet and other floor materials, addressing especially high-traffic areas with stubborn dirt and grime. We also clean the grout between tiles as required.
Declutter
It’s so easy to allow our stuff to pile up over time. Sometimes that spring cleaning opportunity never comes and a Marie Kondo from the Netflix show Tidying Up would struggle with the clutter we’re left with! That’s where our team of experienced staff can step in and help you declutter your home!

Window Cleaning
Let’s face it, there is nothing worse then looking out of a dirty window. Having a clean window means more natural light can get into your home – more rays of sunshine in your life. Firstly we remove dirt and debris from your window panes using a soapy microfibre cloth or towel before finishing with a glass cleaner and using a squeegee to dry. We then go back over the glass with glass cleaner and a microfiber cloth to shine.
To clean metal window or sliding door tracks, we start by vacuuming the tracks, then follow this with a spray of soapy water or our special cleaner spray. We then wipe it all up with cleaning cloths or paper towels.
We also use this process on bathroom mirrors for that perfect reflection of you!
Walls and baseboards
Wiping down walls and baseboards is a crucial step in every room. Whilst a lot of stubborn stains simply won’t come out without a fresh coat of paint, our team will give your walls a once-over to bring them back to their best possible state.
Laundry Room
We clean the sink as required, and wipe down all surfaces and where possible reach to the exterior of the washer and dryer.
We can also clean your washing machine by spraying the inside of your washing machine with vinegar spray or similar organic product. We then wipe clean paying special attention to the rubber gasket on the machine door. You can easily do this yourself too by simply adding 2 cups of vinegar directly into the drum and running your washing machine on the hottest setting. Then add half a cup of baking soda directly to the drum and run again on the highest setting. Wipe dry once done and leave the door ajar to fully dry out.
Countertops and Kitchen Sink
Scrub the countertops, back splash, and sink with warm soapy water and a scrub brush paying special attention to the areas around the faucet.
Sanitize countertops and disinfect sinks (brush up on the differences between sanitizing and disinfecting in our complete guide). Be sure to follow the product instructions for proper dilution and contact times.

If you have dingy grout, follow the steps in the bathroom grout section above.
Tip: Any time that you juice a lemon, toss the remainder into the garbage disposal and run with hot water to naturally freshen the disposal.
Bathroom
Soap scum can be an absolute nightmare. But that’s okay, because our team makes light of this work. We can even assist with cleaning your shower head by filling a bag over it and soaking it overnight in vinegar and water; or similar cleaning solution.
We also clean the grout between your tiles, and remove soap scum.
If your shower curtain is fabric, we can wash and dry according to the directions. however, if your shower curtain liner is past the point of cleaning, we may recommend that you toss and replace it. In most cases, we will attempt a delicate wash in the washing machine.
Floor Cleaning
Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping the floors in your home is part and parcel of our regular cleaning service. For deep cleaning, we also remove stains especially from high-traffic areas with stubborn dirt, and even grout of tiled floors.
We start by doing a basic clean of your hardwood floors or laminate floors. We remove stains on carpeted floors using our carpet washer or steam cleaner as part of our deep clean option.
Light Fixtures and Ceiling Fans
Dusty light fixtures are one of those health hazards you really don’t need in your home. Light fixtures accumulate dust quickly, and a light wipe with the right hand, assuming you can reach them really does the trick here. For glass fixtures, we use our special glass cleaning / mirror cleaning technique. If necessary, we may also vacuum or wipe with a damp microfiber cloth.
Ceiling fan cleans are a little more straight forward, though our team will usually lay a drop sheet or newspaper under the fan in order to catch any dust that falls while cleaning. We wipe down each blade with a damp cloth and appropriate spray.
Closets
Closet cleaning also involves decluttering, repurposing the shelves as needed, doing a full clean, and then putting everything back they way you want it done.
While everything is out, we will take the opportunity to vacuum and wipe down the shelves, baseboards and walls. For clothes closets, there must be room for clothes to move freely and not be tightly packed in.
Oven and stove top
Our oven cleaning involves using specialty cleaning products that are suitable for your oven type. This will ensure those burnt-up crisps no longer set off the fire alarms every time you open the oven.
Cleaning the stove top, we will also include soaking the metal grates in soapy water and cleaning them with a scrub brush before returning them to the stove top.
If you have a gas stovetop or a stovetop with electric coils, we will clean the entire thing with suitable chemicals or steam/baking soda at your request.
Cabinets, fridge, and furniture
We will assist with clearing out all food items and will use warm soapy water and a sponge to clean inside and outside of the fridge. if we can move the fridge, we will also clean underneath it.
If you like. we can also replace or install drawer and cabinet liners as we clean the same.
Dishwasher and microwave
Nothing beats our safe ‘sponge bath’ for your microwave to bring it back to life. We also remove the tray and clean it separately as required.
Cleaning your dishwasher both inside and out is also an important hygienic step and should be done at least once a month. You can do this yourself from time to time by adding 1 cup vinegar and running your dishwasher on the hottest setting. When that cycle is complete, add 1 cup baking soda and run again on the hottest cycle.

Declutter Service Details
Kitchen
- We assist with removing all items on countertops that don't belong, and assist with organising your pantry, fridge, cabinets drawers and cupboards.
- Organise drawers by category, for example baking suplies, utensils, spices etc
- Throw away any expired or outdated item from the pantry/fridget etc
- Clear out the fridge if requested
- Throw away any old notes, peices of mail and random pieces of paper you no longer need
- Consolidate items that might be scattered across the pantry, cabinets and fridge
Bedroom
- Check under the bed and desk drawers as they tend to end up with a fair bit of unwanted clutter
- Make the bed and fold any extra blankets
- Throw dirty claundry in to a laundry basket / laundry hamper
- Dispose of all items no longer needed, like old alarm clocks, receipts and pocket scraps lying around
Bathroom
- Pack and return all toiletries to their rightful cabinets and drawers
- Throw dirty clothers and towels into a laundry basket and off to the laundry
- Fold clean towels, straighten out the bath mats and tidy up the sink area
Entry and Foyer
- Organise shoe, hat, jacket rack if applicable
- Remove all items that should not be there and place in correct location
- Straighten out any area rugs, welcome mats and drapes
Living Room
- Ensure all books and magazines are neatly placed in book cabinet or coffee table. Throw out everything you are not going to read
- Straighten cushions and sofa
- Consolidate toys, blankies etc into a bin or basket as required
- Find a nice spot for your remotes
